When you find out that a hotel, resort, timeshare, apartment building is planning a renovation or new construction, you can make a quick referral fee by connecting us with the owners and/or architects for the work.  Just tell them about us, and tell us who to contact.

If you are a hospitality manager or executive, architect, project manager, banker, or other allied professional who find out about these projects ahead of others, you can connect the decision makers and Tehrani Group LLC regarding the specific project.

But please note that you must not be one of the decision makers on the project.  In other words, although you may do a referral of projects that are not your own, you can not collect on your own projects, as we do not promote conflicts of interest.  However, if in your contacts with other architects, owners, managers, you know about their projects, there is opportunity to explore.

The referral fee is usually one percent of the entire original contract amount that we perform & get paid for (up to $50,000).  Considering what the industry average profit margin for constructors is this is quite a generous fee.  The estimated project size referred in this program is expected to be half a million to five million which equates to a fee of $5,000 to $50,000 per project referred!

All you need to do is talk up our company to the client or architect or any other decision maker, and let us know that you have done so.  Let us know the contact persons, and if we end up with a contract, we will pay you as we get paid for the work we do.  We will inform you as soon as we sign a contract, and you will receive payments as we receive payments from the client.  Your share is forwarded upon funding of our progress payments.
