This fast-track project included the construction of four buildings and a 44-acre campus site, all completed in 18 months. The American Honda headquarters project in Torrance, CA, was completed on the original schedule, with several million dollars of savings, despite numerous building enhancements scope changes by the owner during this fast-track project.
