Completed in only 11 months and in time for the very first Breeders Cup competition.
This project is valued at over $60 million in current dollars. The project was completed without disruption to ongoing racetrack operations, by superior coordination of trade contractors. It included a 13,000-seat stadium (with grand stand), clubhouse addition, extending the racetrack by ¼ mile, as well as horse show facilities. Venue website
